Multi-Year Dynamic Financial Projections
Rigorous 5 to 10-year dynamic financial projections integrating Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Built with dynamic operational drivers, capacity curves, and tax schedules.
The Problem with Static Spreadsheet Projections
Most financial projections are created with hardcoded formulas that break as soon as a single variable changes. When lenders or investors ask what happens if sales drop by 15% or raw material costs rise by 10%, static spreadsheets fail to provide answers, destroying credibility.
Unlinked financial statements where balance sheets do not automatically balance
Hardcoded growth percentages without underlying operational capacity constraints
Failure to account for working capital drag during rapid revenue expansion
Inaccurate tax and depreciation modeling (mixing up Companies Act vs Income Tax Act rules)

Frequently Asked Questions
Institutional insights regarding appraisal standards, banking requirements, and advisory methodology.
Why must balance sheet depreciation differ from tax depreciation in financial projections?
Under Indian corporate law, companies must compute depreciation using the useful life method under Schedule II of the Companies Act, 2013 for their audited P&L. However, for income tax calculation, depreciation must be computed using written-down value (WDV) block rates under Section 32 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Our models accurately reflect both schedules.
Can these projections be customized for specific bank formats?
Yes. Our projection models are designed to easily export data into standard bank CMA formats, SIDBI appraisal sheets, or investor presentation formats.
